This course is aimed at anyone who has an interest in flowers and will cover a variety of different ideas. The course will include the following:

This course is recommended for anyone who has an interest in learning the skills required to create truly stunning wedding flowers!
Whether you are looking to design the flowers for a small wedding, or a mother of the bride looking to design the flowers for her daughter’s big day! We will guide you step by step through the process of planning the flowers for the whole event - from beginning to end.
This is an intensive course held over three days. It is designed to give you the ability to create flowers for a large wedding including bridal bouquet, bridesmaids, table centres, buttonholes and corsages.
You will learn how to:

Create a theme and personalise a wedding

Colour co-ordination

Order the flowers required and liaise with suppliers

Condition

Wiring techniques
-
Co-ordinate timings for the week before and on the day

Make up the flowers – bridal bouquet, bridesmaids, buttonholes, corsages, table displays

Liaise with the venue for delivery on the day
By the end of the three days you will have the confidence to create flowers for the entire wedding party, plus the ability to design your own table displays for the venue.
The course includes all materials (designs made by you are yours to keep); floristry starter pack, tea, coffee and pastries to start and a selection of sandwiches will be supplied for lunch. Additional menus will be available from the hotel if required.
